I like the intertidal zone more than the photic zone

I find it cool that organisms in the aphotic zone have evolved to preform chemosynthesis rather than photosynthesis

Basically: if no sun, then chemosynthesis. If sun, photosynthesis

chemosynthesis just uses methane and hydrogen sulfide to produce energy

where in photosynthesis carbon dioxide and sunlight is used
