I think that “universe creators” have much bigger interest than to worry about any specific stars or planets. They’re out creating more and more grand things. Things we can’t comprehend. Sort of like how an ant can’t comprehend an iPhone.
The thing is, no matter what you believe, whether you’re a scientist or a priest, you have to suspend your believe for the fact that something came from nothing. Unless it’s a cycle. A never ending, never beginning cycle
