UK: Muslim threatens to murder Tommy Robinson and attack his wife with acid
JUL 22, 2018 2:55 PM BY ROBERT SPENCER 75 COMMENTS

“Earlier this week his appeal was delayed, with Dein arguing there had been procedural ‘deficiencies’ giving rise to ‘prejudice’ during his sentencing….Which specific parts of the contempt laws Robinson had broken were also not revealed, Dein said. ‘The proceedings were unnecessarily and unjustifiably rushed. They were conducted in haste,’ he argued.”

Meanwhile, would authorities be this sanguine about the threats to Robinson and his wife if the Robinsons were Muslim and the one threatening them was non-Muslim? What do you think?

Just another day in Theresa May’s shabby little police state.

“Tommy Robinson Lawyer: Judge Did Not View Evidence, Islamists Threatening Acid Attack on Tommy’s Wife,” by Liam Deacon, Breitbart, July 21, 2018:

The judge who rushed to send activist Tommy Robinson to jail did not even watch the full video in which he supposedly breached contempt of court laws, his lawyers have claimed.

He is currently being held in segregation for his own safety in prison, but a radical Islamic extemist has managed to deliver a message to his cell threatening to kill him and attack his wife with acid.

The message was reportedly from jailed terror supporter Sayful Islam, from Robinson’s hometown of Luton, and used his spouse’s full name, The Times reports….

Robinson was jailed in May after filming outside Leeds Crown Court during the trial of an alleged rape gang which was being hidden from the public.

2018-07-24 10:42:48 UTC

Judges also banned reporting on Robinson’s sentencing in the British media, with many articles wiped from the Internet.

Jeremy Dein QC, in his written grounds of appeal, claimed Robinson was subjected to “summary justice in the extreme, unnecessary and unfair.”

He added: “He was in no position to give clear instructions, and could not be expected to make sound decisions in pressurised circumstances, his liberty being at stake.”…

Earlier this week his appeal was delayed, with Dein arguing there had been procedural “deficiencies” giving rise to “prejudice” during his sentencing….

Which specific parts of the contempt laws Robinson had broken were also not revealed, Dein said.

“The proceedings were unnecessarily and unjustifiably rushed. They were conducted in haste,” he argued.

Toronto police finally name former Muslim boyfriend in the brutal murder of 20 year-old Alyssa Lightstone

2018-07-24 10:45:58 UTC

The York police have finally released the name of the murderer of a young 20-year-old woman. Alyssa Lightstone was murdered by her Muslim boyfriend, Ali Naderi. She tried to escape him — punishable by murder. The pattern of police scrubbing and censoring crimes tied to Muslims is bordering criminal.

By Kerri Bree
York Regional Police say a suspect wanted in connection with the death of a 20-year-old woman north of Toronto has turned himself in.
Police say they were called to an apartment in the area of Davis Drive and Leslie Street in Newmarket on Saturday morning, where the body of a woman was discovered with “obvious signs of trauma.”

The victim has been identified by police as Alyssa Lightstone, a Richmond Hill resident. Police said she died of a gunshot wound.

On Saturday, police said they were looking for a shirtless man seen running from the area.

Ali Nadderi, 25, of Richmond Hill turned himself in after 2:30 a.m on Monday, police said. He has been charged with second-degree murder and was expected to appear in court on Monday.

This is the moment a school friend of Jihadi John phoned Nigel Farage and insisted British Isis fighters should face the death penalty.

The LBC presenter described his conversation with “Jason” as “outstanding”.

Mohammed Emazi, nicknamed Jihadi John, was part of an Islamic cell called The Beatles -named after their English accents - who murdered Western hostages.

He was killed by a US airstrike in Syria back in 2015.

Two other accused members of the group, Alexanda Kotey and El Shafee Elsheikh, could be sent to the US to face trial after they were captured.

Sajid Javid has come under fire after he said the UK would not “require assurances” against the use of the death penalty.

But, “Jason” told Nigel the Home Secretary had got it right.

He told LBC that his former school friend “wasn’t very confident” and “stayed in the background”.

2018-07-24 10:50:09 UTC

But that soon changed, with the caller telling Nigel: “We realised very quickly something was not right.

“We’d see him in the street and he wouldn’t say hello. He’d be on his own.

“A family member raised serious concerns to me, she said: ‘We’re very scared for him, he’s getting very serious'.”

On the death penalty as punishment, “Jason” continued: “It’s the right thing to do, it’s the elephant in the room in this country.

“I’m a fellow Muslim and I’m not sitting here defending them, it’s disgusting what these guys do.

“There are a lot of guys like myself who are third generation children who don’t agree with what they do.

“They are British by paper, but within themselves… they hate this country.”

Faisal Hussein walked into restaurants in Canada shooting innocent people including killing a 10 year old girl. Already the Main stream media are tripping over each other to say he had a mental illness....

The Ontario Special Investigations Unit (SIU) said it was releasing his name due "to the exceptional circumstances of this tragic incident".
A 10-year-old girl and an 18-year-old woman died after a gunman opened fire on a busy avenue in the Greektown district of Toronto.
Thirteen others were injured in the rampage in Canada's largest city.
The SIU, which looks into incidents involving police which result in death, said a post-mortem examination on the suspected shooter is scheduled for Tuesday.

2018-07-24 10:52:33 UTC

According to the SIU, the gunman was tracked by officers to Bowden Street during the shooting, which happened on Sunday evening shortly after 22:00 (02:00 GMT Monday).
"An exchange of gunfire" then took place, before the man fled once more. He was found dead about 100m (330ft) away on Danforth Avenue.
In a statement released to various media outlets, Hussain's family expressed their "deepest condolences" to the victims and their families for what they called "our son's horrific actions".

2018-07-24 10:52:47 UTC

They said their son suffered from serious mental health challenges and had struggled with untreatable psychosis and depression most of his life.
"Our hearts are in pieces for the victims and for our city as we all come to grips with this terrible tragedy," they said.

What happened in Toronto?
Emergency services were called out just after 22:00 (02:00 GMT Monday) to the Greektown district of Toronto, a busy avenue known for its restaurants and summertime patios.
Witnesses described hearing volleys of shots as people tried to run from the gunfire.
Police say eight women and seven men were shot, ranging in age from 10 to 59.

EXCLUSIVE: Dozens of locked up sex offenders among those granted conditional pardons by Gov. Cuomo so they can vote

2018-07-24 10:55:54 UTC

ALBANY — Dozens of convicted sexual predators deemed too dangerous to be returned to the community after their release from prison are among the thousands who received conditional pardons from Gov. Cuomo, giving them the right to vote, the Daily News has learned.
At least 77 sexual predators sent to civil confinement in state psychiatric hospitals after their prison time was up are affected by the widespread pardons, various records show.
While the names of those in civil confinement are often shielded, a comparison of records showed the 77 predators shared one of two addresses — both of which happened to be upstate mental hospitals that house the civilly confined. One of the predators is Hector Aviles, 61, who was known as the “voodoo rapist.” Aviles was convicted of second-degree rape in Westchester County in 2008 after telling three of his victims — the oldest of whom was 16 — that if they participated in a sexual “ritual” with him, he could help them with their problems. If they didn’t, he said, bad things would happen to them and their families.

2018-07-24 10:56:23 UTC

The rest of the list of 77 is littered with convicted pedophiles and rapists and other violent sexual abusers. All were granted conditional pardons from Cuomo under a new policy designed to give back the right to vote to those who leave prison.
“This is hands-down the most egregious public policy misstep Andrew Cuomo has made in his eight years as governor, and it shows that he will do virtually anything for a few extra votes,” said Senate Majority Leader John Flanagan (R-Suffolk County).
“This policy rewards the worst of the worst sexual predators and lowlifes in our society and undermines the integrity of our voting system in every way, shape and form,” Flanagan added.
The governor announced in May that more than 24,000 parolees in the first round were issued the conditional pardons.
The Daily News reported at the time that one beneficiary was convicted cop killer Herman Bell, who was granted parole earlier this year over the objections of the law enforcement community, some state lawmakers and the slain officer’s family.
Cuomo aides have argued that the wholesale pardons are automatic once someone is paroled or released from prison and they are in good standing.
“The order was straightforward and put New York on par with Washington, D.C., and 18 other states — including such liberal bastions as Utah” that either never take away voting rights from convicts or restore them upon their release from prison, Cuomo spokesman Richard Azzopardi said with some sarcasm.
He noted that all other conditions of parole or release are upheld.
“It’s unfortunate that some are using the issue of restoring voting rights to fearmonger,” Azzopardi said.

REPORT: Paper Runs Letter to Editor Suggesting Trump Be Executed

2018-07-24 10:58:31 UTC

The letter, written by Suzanne Gagnon of Lakewood, was in response to the paper’s editorial last week, which gave tepid praise of Gardner. The editorial argued the Republican senator “deserves credit” for taking a tough stance against Russia and sponsoring legislation to add Russia to the state sponsor of terror list.

“Sen. Cory Gardner is insipid, at best,” Gagnon wrote in her letter to the editor published Saturday. “His words are always carefully chosen and, if challenged, their intent open to ‘spinning’ to his own advantage. No surprise here he didn’t call President Donald Trump out by name.
