According to TMZ, Demi Lovato was rushed to an L.A. hospital Tuesday afternoon for an apparent heroin overdose.
Lovato was rushed from her Hollywood Hills home to the hospital where she is currently being treated.
Her condition is unknown at this time.
TMZ also reported that Lovato had been sober for six years from alcohol, cocaine, and OxyContin.

A disturbing story in Sherman Oaks: Police say two adoptive fathers were stabbed in the neck by their 21-year-old son, leaving them in serious condition. The son reportedly confessed to police and was taken into custody.
Police later brought out the victims' two dogs, who were seen splattered with blood.

Dogged by accusations of political money laundering, Los Angeles school board member Ref Rodriguez pleaded guilty Monday to a felony count of conspiracy and resigned from office as part of an agreement with prosecutors.
In the deal, Rodriguez, 47, who had no previous criminal record, will avoid jail time. Instead, he will get three years’ probation and 60 days of community service. His resignation was effective immediately.
