Is there anyone here who can recommend a Business Attorney related to an HVAC company? My husband has cancer and I have lots of questions- I just researched all that I could such that I would not sound dumb as a rock. His children want no part of the business and I have no idea how nor do I have any interest in the business myself. It is a small mom-pop business- sole proprietorship - and I have to think ahead. If I have offended anyone by asking please forgive me. I live in East Tn and he has had this business for 25 years. He has downsized from a muli-million dollar business to a very very small business just enough to pay our bills and live normally. No lavishness for us-he only has one employee and it is not me., LOL!
