Lincoln desroyed states rights, and the FED made us all debt slaves. The Constitution is just fine if we actually adhere to it.
The decision to be truly Free and how to obtain it is still perplexing. Do you try to do it through a corrupt legal system that is constantly making more and more rules, statutes, guidelines and laws yo keep you enslaved and taxed into the debtors Jail or go full out and have a revolution at all costs including your life.

Yes Lincoln broughtin the War Powers Act and each year it has been renewed by congress to affirm we are under Martial law, therefore you see Gold Fringe around the US Flag in a courtroom
Lincoln did not have enough states to have a quorum to pass anything so he had to create the War Powers Act.... Basically first Executive Orders

That is a really good question @Pawhuska I am not versed on what the legal process would be,I do know that every time we have tried to be free of this Evil system we have been slapped down severely... that Brits came over and burned down our First Capital building and the Original 13th Amendment was eradicated in that process. It may take an True act of God to establish our natural born rights.

Section 1.
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Passed by Congress January 31, 1865. Ratified December 6, 1865.

"If the evidence is correct and no logical errors have been made, a 13th Amendment restricting lawyers from serving in government was ratified in 1819 and removed from US Constitution during the tumult of the Civil War. Since the Amendment was never lawfully repealed, it is still the Law today. The implications are enormous."
