Although the final cost of the Unified Platform is not known, the Air Force has budgeted nearly $46 million over the next three fiscal years to the program. Among the leading contenders for the contract are Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
The Unified Platform will be independent of, and physically separated from, the National Security Agency’s cyber warfare platforms.
