The most telling thing is the announcement of No Name stopping medical treatment & dying the very next day....that is extremely odd, especially given the level of care he was getting

Not all chemo causes hair loss . Depending on the dosage and duration of treatment the hair loss can be minimum to total depending on the length of treatment
