This would be an interesting dig. Watch national helium reserve on YouTube . We learn in the mid 90s our reserves were sold off "because it was too expensive to retain" (ha ). I wonder who thought in the mids 90s, thought it was a great idea to sell off our national reserves established in the 1920 to insure the preservation of this rarely found on earth gas to the highest bidder.
