@Dina - When I need to, I use ACV diluted in ice water with a touch of honey - tastes just like a weak lemonade to me. I sit in the sun while I sip the iced version down. Sometimes I just chug a tablespoon or two of ACV (Bragg brand).
I grew up watching my grandmother do it all the time. She did it so much, when I hugged her she smelled like it.... similar to people smelling like garlic when they eat a lot of it.
Push the vitamin C - I use North American Herb & Spice - best quality I've found, even if a bit pricey. I can guarantee a quicker recovery with a high quality Vit C.
Then to shock my system, I take drops of oil of oregano (also from NAH&S) under the tongue. Maintain with the combination of the C and the triple O.
