Thanks @ThePangburn for adding! @Buddha I was thinking it could fall under philosophy as well but a lot of philosophy content goes over my head (clearly haha) and I figured some of the friends I wanted to invite to the discord would probably feel the same but would be interested in some of the ideology topics (mainly ideological movements) also that podcast was amazing, introduced me to Coleman Hughes who I think is phenomenal

I can see where there are the hard questions of philosophy that wouldn’t pertain to specific ideologies so I retract my previous statement and I apologize. I think there is value in the distinction.

I'm going to list a couple ideologies that I disagree with and if anyone wants to engage in further debate on them just shout and I'll elaborate. I strongly disagree with the (weirdly popular) concepts of inherent racism/white privilege, wage gap and particularly employment quotas (ie "diversity" in terms of hiring more women or people of colour) and this strange theme of idolizing the victim that society seems to love these days (Jennifer Eckhart as a recent example.) Any thoughts?

The former is my socioty and the Culture I learned from there and the latter is where i dervied my values and understanding of the world. Being an religous jew in my teens def impacted my traditions and family values so i cannot divorce it
