The best way to learn crital thinking skills is to listen to those people who speak in such a way as to demonstrate those skills.
Skepticism and a step back is required...
My professor made me take notes... on paper... and tell what I wrote... in many cases I understood nothing like what I heard... therefore.. listening is essential...
But I've seen people triggered by trigger words... the world unfortunately is a massive marketing furnace... that's why stepping back is necessary... the things are made to trigger us...
and absolutely critical thinking skills can be taught
There are many other ways to fight social justice... I dont think shouting does any good to anyone...

Basically moral virtues that applies to all human beings, regardless of context or situation, an example Kant says not being a hypocrite is an objective moral rule. This is my example of Categorical Imperatives.
If you can not test something you should not talk about it.
You first have to prove well being as a goal is not subjective. Because if you base it on empathy, where you just relate others to you saying their lives have meaning because your life has meaning and keep going is just circular reasoning.
Skepticism is insanely hard. There are so many unconscious biases.
