I may be an overbearing boss , but I respect my employees and I know they respect me. I went to each and every one of them. Asked them if they are currently registered to vote. I also asked them to be a informed voter! I let them know they can print out the ballots of the upcoming election, research theses people that is on the ballot! They all appreciated me helping them get infomred. They came to my desk, we printed out their ballots. I told them to spend time, research these people!!! Get informed!! Then they brought their info into my office. A few of the younger voters had a few more questions. It took them maybe an hour to compile all they needed to get informed. Yes I allowed them to do this on my time when I was paying them, but you should've seen their faces and heard their comments on how better they felt about voting!!! Oh and btw they all willingly told me they had voted for President Trump and they will vote for him again!
