My 2 cents on him breathing. He is working a little harder than usual to breath. Moving his head forward and the shoulders moving up and down show that. However, his appearance is fine which is often a much better indicator than number readings. He's walking and giving speeches. Looks relatively good me. I'm also an internet expert though that can turn water into gold.
