it also slightly changes near lightning storms

and some say before geological events

they have already shown that the ionosphere can posably be used to predict earthquakes

though its early in the game

they are using sdrs to record changes in the ionophere in radio propigation durring earthquakes

and they mostly corilate nicely

they are just trying to weed out the other posable causes of such behavior

so that there isnt false positivs

and why rarely ocasionaly they dont
