βDespite numerous warnings, the Azerbaijani terrorist army continues to strike at the civilian population of Stepanakert using the Polonaise and Smerch systems.
From now on, military facilities permanently located in large cities of Azerbaijan have become targets of the Defense Army. I call on the Azerbaijani people to leave these cities as soon as possible in order to avoid possible losses.
All responsibility for all this lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan. "
