The Artsakh President issued a statement saying:
“By my order, today the Defense Army launched several missile strikes to neutralize military facilities in the city of Ganja. At this point, I have ordered a ceasefire to avoid innocent civilian casualties. In case the enemy does not draw the appropriate conclusions, we will continue with proportionate and powerful strikes, disorganizing and destroying the enemy's army and rear. "
