For the latest report, researchers interviewed five Jewish people, including two recent political candidates, who had faced "human-based attacks" against them on social media this year. Their experiences demonstrated that anti-Semitic harassment "has a chilling effect on Jewish Americans' involvement in the public sphere," their report says.
"While each interview subject spoke of not wanting to let threats of the trolls affect their online activity, political campaigns, academic research or news reporting, they all admitted the threats of violence and deluges of anti-Semitism had become part of their internal equations," researchers wrote.
The most popular term used in tweets containing the <#430240058810040340>Train hashtag was "Soros." The study also found a "surprising" abundance of tweets referencing "QAnon," a right-wing conspiracy theory that started on an online message board and has been spread by Trump supporters.
"There are strong anti-Semitic undertones, as followers decry George Soros and the Rothschild family as puppeteers," researchers wrote.
“Simply put, the sworn statement Mr. Avenatti provided the committee on October 2 appears to be an outright fraud,” Mr. Grassley wrote in asking the FBI to conduct a review.

(3) Strangely, for a registered Republican and Trump enthusiast, Cesar Sayoc doesn’t follow any Republicans or conservatives on Twitter, not even President Trump. Instead, the 32 people Sayoc follows on Twitter include only left-wing personalities like Ellen DeGeneres, Lena Dunham, Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Myers, Barack Obama, and John Oliver. (Infowars)

A political analyst for Fox News says she reported the Florida mail bomb suspect to Twitter just two weeks ago after he threatened her life in a tweet — and they “didn’t find it that serious.”
“Hey @Twitter remember when I reported the guy who was making threats towards me after my [television] appearance,” tweeted Rochelle Ritchie, former press secretary for the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee.
“Well guess what it’s the guy who has been sending #bombs to high profile politicians!!!!” she wrote Friday.
Cesar Sayoc, 56, set his sights on Ritchie following an appearance on Fox.
“So you like to make threats. Unconquered Seminole Tribe will answer your threats,” he tweeted on Oct. 11. “We have nice silent Air boat ride for u here on our land Everglades Swamp .We will see you 4 sure.Hug your loved ones real close every time you leave you home.”
In response, Ritchie said: “Threatening my life… bad idea.”
The political pundit tweeted out screenshots on Friday, showing both the messages and Twitter’s response to her report, which read: “There was no violation of the Twitter Rules against abusive behavior.”
She called out the social media giant for suspending Sayok’s account only after he was caught and fingered for the bomb scare — and not when she raised the red flag about his behavior.
“Oh so now you want to suspend his account @Twitter!!!” Ritchie said, noting how the social media giant initially “sent back a bs response” about how they “didn’t find it that serious.”
Twitter refused to comment on the report when reached by media outlets on Friday.
“This is an ongoing law enforcement investigation,” a spokesperson said.
