I read this and I have no problem whatsoever with Barrett 'backing Obama you fucking retards'. Citizens claimed that the Obama Presidential Center was an illegal taking for private use of their property, but the Park was Public Property. The Citizens could not show harm to their property, and their claims to denial of due process did not claim what process they were due. I don't know enough about the esoteria involved in the sidewalk speech case to really comment, but it sounds reasonable. The case cited where the guy stabs at police and then is killed seems open and shut to me. Don't stab at the police, shoot at them, grab their taser, hit them with bricks, come at them with a machete, etc. I can't be a hypocrite about it when I've been saying it for months now during "IMARIOT" season.
