@GaliforniaPerhaps you might consider a removal from Office for cause, otherwise called a quo warranto, by looking at mid-1800's common law process, discovering the correct, current California administrative process and completing the process. You would need cy of Oath of office of public official, cy of fidelity bond and paperwork for the "content certified" process.
