yes uncheck speaker mode,
having speaker mode enabled may make your mic very quiet an hard to hear,



regarding gettiing rid of the old account you can log out or delete it in the settings

or if all your trying to do is change its name that can be done in that edit screen also

@imig I tried all what you suggested and nothing worked. The Interesting thing is last night it didn’t do it at all but Pam had to do a hard reset around 6 pm central bc PSB got kicked off all platforms. It did happen tonight just like clockwork after 9 and I’m still struggling with it and I’ve done everything you suggested. I’m convinced it’s YouTube somehow. So strange

yeah could be youtube, could also be your isp, i know comcast has been using targeted throttling of me and others i know.

@imig I have Suddenlink and they totally do that even though I have high speed and unlimited. We all need to be praying about these internet companies. The person who owns Suddenlink now (altice Corp from France I believe) is not a good person
