@ʙɪɴᴀʀʏ ᴀɢᴇɴᴛ🐉🦋 a win would have been case dismissal. Allowing an additional case to open and include him keeps him from being nominated to a position and continues the financial stress on him and his family.

@BU2002 Flynn and lawyers decided to delay, the judge was wanting him to not plead guilty.. there's reasons I'd say.
Continuing his guilty plea means more will come out from those accusing.

@ʙɪɴᴀʀʏ ᴀɢᴇɴᴛ🐉🦋 the judge stated “he betrayed his country” which will be spread forever now. Talking heads will use it to punish this guy. His attorneys are hoping more information to come out I would think and not fold up tents and accept the defeat. I just don’t see it as a win by any means.
