Rules need to be changed in the supreme court. Judges must be seated on the bench to give an opinion. You should not be able to give a vote or opinion while in the hospital or working from home. If you are not able to sit in court you are not able to vote.

There needs to be an age at which sc judges must step down. If a judge is too ill to do all work necessary they should retire.

Supreme Court judges should retire by age 80. If they are ill they should be required to retire early.
