Like if you are told in your head to do somthing

That's mainly the flesh

We all know the flesh has sinful tendencies.

We tame that through Him.

Which is quite frankly why I believe you cannot be moral without Christ.

You cannot tame your sinful flesh and therefore have no moral compass...

But I digress, if you are in fact wondering how is it that we tame our flesh and that we get the conviction when we do something wrong, my best advice is of course read your Bibles
