Just in tonight (3/4/2019). Trump admin has filed a statement with the court in a lawsuit between DNC and Russia, et al ("Democratic National Committee vs. Russian Federation, et al") where DNC claiming in a lawsuit that Russia hacked DNC computer servers to get emails that were published by Wikileaks. Trump, Manafort, Assange, and others are defendants in this suit, as well as the government of Russia.

Trump admin has filed a Memorandum of Law stating that the DNC is lying about the hack. IT WAS NOT A HACK.
