Does NASA in Hebrew actually mean deceive?
Based on the other answers here, it clearly doesn’t, but even if it did, so what?
People create trademarks, abbreviations, and product names all the time, only to discover that some word that’s meaningless in one language does have a meaning in another language. Most people understand that this isn’t intentional.
If NASA actually wanted to deceive people, the idea that they would pick a name that means “deceive” in another language is just daft.
