The challenge is ,whether or not you read well enough in any language. Most immigrant need help just to know where to sign their name. Remember how many children of all states of being educated. Our own education system has become an indoctrination into socialism. No education happening there. How will Civics/History be learn by them if their teachers don't know it? they are used to seeing criminals shot , beheaded etc. It's their culture. Laws they don't know or care about aren't followed. Tradition disappears and at some point America with it. However my point was, damn few people under 45 even know the law immigration laws exist let alone be capable of passing the test. If your an American and can't pass with at least 90% (IMO) it makes my point more valid.
