Comment on tech theft @RickBulow74 I'm in the heart of the silicon valley and have worked in emerging technology and with universities a great deal watching the tech move overseas as most of us know. But I have never heard of the theft from our national lab systems making the news. Over the last three decades the labs and universities have become merely a revolving door for tech scientist to incubate then spin out to there own little biz...then rinse and repeat...our taxes pay for this.
