Investigators recovered a total of 320 sticks of dynamite and 404 blasting caps Friday from a shallow creek under a railroad trestle in Riverfront Park in East Donegal Township. A passerby discovered the orange sticks dumped into the creek.

The recovered explosives, weighing 352 pounds, were stolen last weekend from a work site in the 1400 block of River Rock Road. The theft happened between 5 p.m. Friday, April 13 and 11 a.m. Monday, April 16.
