@Sara , my granddaughter lives close, but we don’t get to see her much. She was born with half a heart and has endured many ...4...open heart surgeries in 3 years. She is mute and autistic. Her mother blames me...for what earthly reason I do not know. I saw her Saturday and I can tell she wants to talk and it is so hard on her. I want her throat checked for scar tissue, but her mom reminds me I am the EX mother in law. Lol. So I pray and pray some more. Enjoy your granddaughter. I bet she is beautiful inside and out. October cannot come soon enough can it?

My friend is an Iron Eagle- gets mad when I call him that. An Iron Eagle is an American military officer who has attained the rank of Colonel but will not be promoted to the rank of General. The term refers to the rank insignia a colonel wears, which resembles an eagle.
