@BossyCowgurl That agreement is one sided in favor of the Muslims. The Christian Church can’t be taller than any mosque, you can’t ring bells, hymns that sung can’t be heard outside the church, Bibles are not allowed and you can not proselytize. They will be at dhimmi status or sub citizen.
