My problem as I see it is that they seem to be conducting a Search and Rescue Operation and Criminal Investigation without any authority...What is going to happen if bodies are found of murdered children and adults...the evidence they collected will not be admissible in Court. It's called Chain of Custody. How are the culprits going to be prosecuted?
