I've been a Californian all my life. I have seen the good and the bad in the State. I am fearing for my children and grandchildren. I'm disabled so I can't do much traveling. We went do to Old Sacramento for wedding planning for my daughter. I in my life have not seen and smelled so much filth. With the out break of hepititus, TB, aids and many more. I don't really know how to express my self. If I could get everyone to pray the destruction of California is halted and we become a prosperious State again. We are all human beings and should be intellegent enough to sit down and figure what is best for the people of California. Thank you for reading this and God Bless evach and everyone of us....

When I started my first management job, I completed a computerized training program that simulated decision-making in challenging circumstances. In one scenario, I was managing a team trapped in a collapsed mine. An engineer developed a plan to detonate a small explosive and open a path out of the mine. My choices included multiple options, such as, “I have great confidence in you, go ahead,” and, “That sounds risky, let’s stop and reconsider.”
I always liked supportive supervisors. So I chose option 1: “I have great confidence in you.”
