Right now, attribution is no longer a valid business, until someone can find the magic to how you determine it was obfuscated.

@B єℓℓα verità yeah anyone can obfuscate as anything, and if someone provides logs the only way you can verify is to show a system that has the same data that those people can't access

Right. a big part of the Vault 7 reveal was of tooling CIA can use to place foreign nation "telltales" into a payload. Change the actual compiled code to include evidence of say, a "Russian" (e.g. Cyrillic keyboard; times based upon Moscow time) into the hack payload.
