We're surrounded daily by negative images and terrible stories by researching this stuff. It tends to warp our world view, even though we're doing it for the right reasons. It becomes easy to see the whole world through a lens of negativity. Even though that may be correct in a lot of ways, it does things to our minds. We have to maintain positivity when possible and realize that not everyone is in the same place mentally, emotionally, intellectually, or spiritually.
When they do those things it is a form of worship of Satan/Lucifer/Baphomet/Molech. Part of their craft and spells.
