Beginning next week, the soil will be shipped to the U.S. Ecology, Wayne Disposal Facility in Belleville, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced.

"The safety of the workers and the community, as well as the protection of the environment, continues to be our highest priority for the project," a press release from the Corps read.

The material will be transported in flexible bulk packages inside hard-sided roll-off containers that will be sealed and will have a tarp over them. Each container will contain 15 tons of soil.

The trucks, which will each carry one container, will be inspected to ensure they aren't spreading contaminated material, the Corps said. An estimated 11 trucks will leave the Luckey site a day.

The Corps said drivers will be briefed on the transportation route, speed limits and procedures to follow at the disposal facility before their truck leaves the site.

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia - ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia (AP) - The Latest on rally for Ethiopia's reformist new prime minister (all times local):

11:20 a.m.

Ethiopia’s reformist new prime minister is calling the deadly explosion that disrupted a huge rally of supporters a “well-orchestrated attack” but one that failed.

A grim-faced Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed in an address to the nation shortly after the blast says “a few people” were killed and others injured. The attack occurred as he was waving to the crowd of tens of thousands.

Abiy has not blamed anyone for the blast that he calls “cheap and unacceptable.” Police are investigating.

The prime minister adds: “Love always wins. Killing others is a defeat. To those who tried to divide us, I want to tell you that you have not succeeded.”

Ethiopians heartened by a wave of reforms under Abiy had packed Meskel Square in a show of support with numbers unseen in recent years in the East African nation.

LOS ANGELES — Teen actress Jenna Ortega cares, and says Melania Trump should do the same.

Ortega wore a green, hooded military jacket reading “I do care and u should too” on the red carpet at the Radio Disney Music Awards Friday night, countering the “I really don’t care, do u?” jacket the first lady wore as she left Washington to visit detained migrant children this week.

The 15-year-old, whose credits include “Jane the Virgin” and “Iron Man 3,” told The Associated Press Trump’s jacket showed poor judgment, and she couldn’t believe her advisers allowed her to wear it. Ortega says she cares about migrant children, “and as first lady of the United States, she should too.”

Ortega says she had the jacket made the night before especially for the awards show.

Seth Rogen revealed Friday he refused to take a picture with Paul Ryan and instead rebuked the House speaker.

The actor and comedian said the incident took place at a Park City, Utah, summit hosted by Mitt Romney earlier this month where Rogen had been invited to speak. Rogen said he was first approached by Ryan’s sons, who asked for a picture and then said their dad wanted to meet him.

“And then they said, ‘Our dad wants to meet you,’ and I turned around and Paul Ryan was walking towards me,” Rogen recounted on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”

“My whole body, puckered, as it were, I tensed up, and I didn’t know what to do,” Rogen recalled.

Rogen said Ryan shook his hand, but when the Wisconsin Republican asked for a photo, Rogen replied: “No way, man!”

“And I couldn’t stop, and I said, ‘Furthermore, I hate what you’re doing to the country at this point and I count the days until you no longer have one iota of the power that you currently have,'” Rogen told Colbert.

Rogen said he felt “very conflicted” after the outburst because Ryan’s sons were “still standing right there.”

“It’s not their fault, but at the same time they should probably learn that if they like a movie or song, the person who made that probably doesn’t like their dad that much,” he said.

“I don’t know how I feel — I’m glad I didn’t take a picture with Paul Ryan,” Rogen concluded.

Now, nearly a year after Linkin Park lead singer Chester Bennington took his own life, it’s clear to his widow that in the days before he died, there were warning signs.

“I am now more educated about those signs, but they were definitely there: the hopelessness, the change of behavior, isolation,” Talinda Bennington told CNN during an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper during the CNN Town Hall, “Finding Hope: Battling America’s Suicide Crisis.”

The program airs Sunday, June 24, at 7 p.m. ET.
