@V77 t I know! Everytime you get it your lungs are weakened. Here is something else that will help you. I don't know if you have a dollar store but you can get this everywhere. It's liquid sublingual all B vitamins you put under you tongue for 29 seconds. It will give you a boost. Also Violet most Americans are lacking Magnesium. I am 67 and very healthy and never go to a doctor. I am never sick! I don't have human contact though. I am a hermit and can go months without talking to or seeing anyone.

I use Cannabis at night when I go to bed..1 it helps me sleep, 2 it helps with pain so I can sleep 😉 My daughter thinks I should be micro using during the day as well, but can't afford to spend more then I do for night use...oh well
