@V77 keep your chest warm like a silk or light fabric scarf on your throat/neck/chest keep warmth in that area....old Chinese medicine theory or WIND off! Ginger root slices soak in warm h20 add honey (some like a tiny at if cayenne to increase swetting out increased circulation) in my opionion...nurse for 25yrs, studied Chinese medicine & was Shiatsu Massage Practioner....now retired...on Patriot Movement now!
