You know that they've basically taken the Iodine out of our food supply and replaced it with Bromide (in the bread) its cheaper. And since many people are on a low salt diet our Iodine levels are really low. Take Sea Kelp... from a good source

@foilhat me too! but it's almost gone so we're switching to sea kelp because it has many of the other trace minerals and it's in a format that is easily digestable.
