@retiredDep If they can pull off the start up of that plant it would be a boon for those folks out there. It is a poor region of Ohio that needs jobs like now. I used to live in Cincy, and good jobs like that normally went to the larger city regions than the more rural areas. Great article and thanks for posting it.
