I still think they took control of this guys car in NYC. He is ex-military (I think Navy) and was discharged for drugs/mental issues. He looks pretty freaked out, and was supposedly partying before this. It'd be pretty easy to have some clown asset smoke some PCP with him before he drives off, and even he will question what happened that day. There are some pictures of some gov agents that were on the scene at the time of the crash.
