All charges have been dismissed against the 38 remaining defendants accused of rioting on Inauguration Day 2017 in downtown D.C. (The U.S. Attorney's Office updated after this was posted,saying one more was dismissed bringing the total to 39.)

Of 234 people arrested that day, 21 pled guilty before trial. Two trials failed to convict anyone. And the charges against more than 200 others have been dismissed.
