I have done this before but I called it not being hungry..lol

The nice thing about this way of eating.. is you are basically just delaying.. and not denying yourself.. So lets say.. someone bought donuts at work.. or cake or something.. and your window isn't opened. Just take one.. lol stuff it in your purse..save it tunil your window.. you can still eat whatever you like. But your body with time.. you will find it craving healthier things.. it's really amazing.

But the one thing I will say with fasting.. you have to clean fast.. or there is no point. Meaning the only thing you have during your fasting hours.. is *WATER* or *BLACK COFFEE* (no creamer or sugar)
