I remember

They are closing a huge one here in Virginia and the people can't live at home or any half-way house. But, the people in this "center" are very well treated. shutting down their facility because of some stupid law is wrong

There should be sentencing guidlines that differentiate when a criminal should be put in the prison system or the hospital system

At the Central Virginia Training Center, they have severely impaired people that cannot really live anywhere else - certainly not nursing homes and they're not criminals and their families can't take care of them - if they have families

I don't live in NH and he is connecting with me..? !
