When I lived alone, that was a frequent meal for me
Now I use "riced" cauliflower instead of the rice
oh never heard of that beforte
And I LOVE my instant pot for making beans
sounds amazing
You just process cauliflower in the food processor, or grate it until it looks like rice
i just go about it the long way around, i just cook dried raw beans in a soup pot for a few hours
Then steam it
Use it like you would rice
oh wow
It doesn't have the starch or carbs
But it also doesn't absorb liquids like rice
So your food could be runny
but will it have all the nutritional value after it has been processed?
Like if you make a stir fry and don't thicken the sauce
By processing, I mean just pulse it in the food processor with the blade until it's fine like rice
Cut it up real fine, that is
ah yes
Or grate it on a food grater
Food processer is faster
LOL
yikes lol
I'm dangerous around a food grater
yeah that would be a downer for sure lol
No red cauliflower for me
I'm vegetarian
LOL

you are making my stomach flip a bit lol
So sorry
lol
np haha
Too graphic
i need to cut back on the coffee, i am a nervous wreck lol
Anyway, I had never heard of it before about a year ago
Ahhh, organic decaf coffee
well califlour goes with so many meals
I thought it would taste yucky
no point in drinking coffee if it is decaf lol
But it doesn't have that much taste
