I like matcha tea with manuka honey in the mornings

Gives me a little boost of energy

and the manuka honey is somewhat medicinal

supposedly, anyway

yeah i need to stick with herbal teas and hot cocoa instead

be back, i need to see what i can scratch up for dinner

@Gailm i crush raw garlic and do not cook it, i mix it in the spaghetti , it tastes amazing
