originally i had no problem of them crossing through to get to point A to point B with their team and hounds, but they took advantage everytime , when i had off from long hours from work , they would have their dogs screaming and barking for hours on my property and the riders were up in my yard where they were ruining my lawn and there were dangerous holes from groundhogs around my house , they were rude , piggish, and unbecoming just unacceptable , others were complianing abougt the same thing

@Zyrenn for me a simple No Trespass sign is not enough.....I generally have to explain the penalties....and they are numerous. People think trespass is just OK.....it is not.

2019-08-27 17:35:06 UTC

i told them if they do this again, i will record it and file a law suit and put them on the local head line papers and alarm our local AG Center in town about them

2019-08-27 17:35:48 UTC

I had the cops tag them down twice and the DNR tag them down once to show them my property line

2019-08-27 17:35:51 UTC

if left unchecked you are granting permission to ingress/egress

2019-08-27 17:36:04 UTC

my trespassing signs were ripped down

2019-08-27 17:36:13 UTC

that is why the DNR told me to use blue spray paint

2019-08-27 17:37:11 UTC

I would use both.....torn down signs could indicate abandonment b/c owner is not maintaining their property rights.

2019-08-27 17:37:11 UTC

i get this gut feeling those involved in this mess they are not a bunch of innocent good willed adults, something tells me they are a coven, no behavior like that is found in normal sport or hobby groups

2019-08-27 17:38:01 UTC

yup yup yup...nip it in the bud b4 it goes to far...

2019-08-27 17:38:09 UTC

amen to that!

2019-08-27 17:38:38 UTC

and thing is, they know i have a clean record, i do not mess with anyone, i keep to myself, they have nothing on me

2019-08-27 17:39:31 UTC

people make chit up..

2019-08-27 17:39:42 UTC

i kept reminding them that fox hunting is not a legal right, it is a priveledge and i have legal rights to say no and it be abided

2019-08-27 17:40:18 UTC

this is one of the many reasons why my sons and i are looking into selling the place and moving out to the desert lol

2019-08-27 17:41:23 UTC

i am sure places like California and NY and all those cities have just as mean and nasty folk as the state of Maryland does, so we are going to find a place that has wide open spaces

2019-08-27 17:41:27 UTC

no desert... come to the mountains!

2019-08-27 17:41:35 UTC

i love the mountains!!!

2019-08-27 17:41:48 UTC

Don't let them win......

2019-08-27 17:42:01 UTC

right on @Gailm they can fight with whom ever buys this place lol

2019-08-27 17:42:05 UTC

@Zyrenn I don't agree that hunting is a privilege, it is a God given right. Right ends in a trespass scenario.

2019-08-27 17:42:30 UTC

@Groot fox hunting is not a survival need, it is a hobby

2019-08-27 17:42:49 UTC

Agreed

2019-08-27 17:42:59 UTC

🦊

2019-08-27 17:43:04 UTC

i used to hunt deer and my dad was born in the 1930's and farmed all his life

2019-08-27 17:43:21 UTC

But you use the deer meat

2019-08-27 17:43:22 UTC

we dealt with crazy folk with rifles feeling entitled to hunt on private property

2019-08-27 17:43:35 UTC

You don't eat fox, do you?

2019-08-27 17:43:40 UTC

there are laws and regulations that keep greedy people from wiping out wild game

2019-08-27 17:43:51 UTC

Oh, heck no, not on private property

2019-08-27 17:43:53 UTC

no, she just is one! lol...

2019-08-27 17:44:00 UTC

simple mass destruction of wildlife for sport would be immoral I agree...

2019-08-27 17:44:06 UTC

Ha, ha

2019-08-27 17:44:09 UTC

when there is an over population of deer, we get permits to hunt off seasons and have to check each one in and is donated to the homeless kitchens for food

2019-08-27 17:44:12 UTC
2019-08-27 17:44:28 UTC

and the property i am on is in wild life preserve respite

2019-08-27 17:44:46 UTC

Right, that is why hunting is allowed here, to control the population

2019-08-27 17:45:12 UTC

Well, then @Zyrenn all the more reason they should NOT be allowed to hunt fox

2019-08-27 17:45:49 UTC

Fox can play havoc on farmers...they can hunt them for protection of livelihood,,,also in the past for pelts.

2019-08-27 17:48:07 UTC

@Groot there are rarely foxes around here and my dadhad a farming industry here on the east cost with his brothers

2019-08-27 17:48:31 UTC

they have to raise foxes and release them in the wild to even fox hunt, fox hunting is a luxury not a nessesity
