well fine print would give him a legal excuse to remain there , cuz he is "reading the sign" as an excuse lol
your house was that dirty you had to use a plow? @Zyrenn π
@Groot no new tunnels this morning.. but what does that mean anymore. nothing
faster typer not not
hahahaha @ColdBrewedFreedom pretty much lol
now had i had that installed in vest house sized vacuum hooked up to a compost outside, i would only need to flip the switch instead of using a hand and plow lol
@Zyrenn sign is at the property line so they have to make a conscious decision to trespass....that's is the way it is done.
@Groot i really do need to get busy in the next few months and post no tresspassing signs all over, the NDR instructed me to get a few cans of blue spray paint and hit all the trees at eye level , most konw that means private property boundaries
@Zyrenn ??NDR??? and I'm not familiar with blue spray paint method ...is that a local tact?
DNR Department of Natural Resources sorry
blue spray paint, just a line across at eye level of the tree , they said is legal and the best thing to do with of course a no tresspassing sign here and there
never heard of it....so the blue paint indicates a fence line or property line???
right, marking the bounderies so it is an obvious trespass to someone w/o permission
i would need to call them and ask to clearify that but we had problems with fox hunters constantly tresspassing on private property when they had originally been banned for not abiding to boundary lines
originally i had no problem of them crossing through to get to point A to point B with their team and hounds, but they took advantage everytime , when i had off from long hours from work , they would have their dogs screaming and barking for hours on my property and the riders were up in my yard where they were ruining my lawn and there were dangerous holes from groundhogs around my house , they were rude , piggish, and unbecoming just unacceptable , others were complianing abougt the same thing
@Zyrenn for me a simple No Trespass sign is not enough.....I generally have to explain the penalties....and they are numerous. People think trespass is just OK.....it is not.
i told them if they do this again, i will record it and file a law suit and put them on the local head line papers and alarm our local AG Center in town about them
I had the cops tag them down twice and the DNR tag them down once to show them my property line
my trespassing signs were ripped down
that is why the DNR told me to use blue spray paint
I would use both.....torn down signs could indicate abandonment b/c owner is not maintaining their property rights.
i get this gut feeling those involved in this mess they are not a bunch of innocent good willed adults, something tells me they are a coven, no behavior like that is found in normal sport or hobby groups
yup yup yup...nip it in the bud b4 it goes to far...
amen to that!
and thing is, they know i have a clean record, i do not mess with anyone, i keep to myself, they have nothing on me
people make chit up..
i kept reminding them that fox hunting is not a legal right, it is a priveledge and i have legal rights to say no and it be abided
this is one of the many reasons why my sons and i are looking into selling the place and moving out to the desert lol
i am sure places like California and NY and all those cities have just as mean and nasty folk as the state of Maryland does, so we are going to find a place that has wide open spaces
no desert... come to the mountains!
i love the mountains!!!
Don't let them win......
@Zyrenn I don't agree that hunting is a privilege, it is a God given right. Right ends in a trespass scenario.
Agreed
