@Groot Glad you asked, time to get off my duff and start the 2d in the series, will center on proper application of the definition(s) of "jurisdiction", because USC 8, Section 1043, I believe, is statutory in nature, reference Art VI, Const'n, whereby it is not law, but regulatory (read as de facto "United States" government) in it's application to Title 8 USC. I really should write it tonight.
