well ive been having some problems

i develop code and build global networks, china always rouge bots roaming and the chinese botnets grow

seems a lil weird to me. you dont see it from anywhere else, not even russia

I don't think that it is too surprising .. as china is quite a threat to the US on a number of levels

so my question is if china blocks off the access to our internet why tf are they coming into our networks on special IPs and messing with our stuff
